Me in the Desert

I deployed to Kuwait in September 2006 as a Senior Airman. I was 1 on 9 from my Base who volunteered to deploy as Force Protection. We were augmented with Security Forces and our job was to maintain safety and security on Base. Everything from convoy security to babysitting TCN's (Third Country Nationals) who worked on Base. I spent 4 months here, but would return 9 months later and stay for an 8 month roatation.
